PEPP Information and Membership
PEPP is dedicated to advancing the public welfare while promoting the professional, social and economic interest of the engineer in private practice. Our members help establish and support professional standards of competence and ethical conduct and encourage the licensure of qualified engineers through education, training and licensing procedures to attain the designation of P.E. (Professional Engineer).
PEPP Engineers serve their community and profession through involvement in professional associations, civic committees and task forces, and through committed support of continuing education. Members work with middle and high school students to encourage math and the sciences and through such mentoring groups as MathCounts™ and the ACE Mentor Program.
PEPP Bexar Chapter is one of the five practice divisions of TSPE/NSPE and concentrates on Professional Engineers (P.E.) in private practice. The four other practice divisions are PEG (Professional Engineers in Government); PEC (Professional Engineers in Construction); PEI (Professional Engineers in Industry) and PEHE (Professional Engineers in Higher Education).
